Interparking

Interparking is currently the company resulting from the integration of the Spanish company Saba Infraestructuras into the Belgian Interparking Group, whose origins date back to 1958.

Following this integration, Interparking has become a European benchmark in the sector, with more than 2,000 parking lots in 16 countries in Europe and Latin America, 800,000 parking spaces, and nearly 8,000 electric charging points.

The group has an ESG plan with the ambition of evolving from a parking operator to a key player in sustainable mobility, facilitating the energy transition and green mobility through the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructures.

This stake allows CriteriaCaixa to become part of a leading parking management company, with the capacity to compete on a global scale and a long-term industrial project.
